Memory Care Management Services is a Recruitment Agency and a Domiciliary Care Agency which provides 24 hour care to
its service users in the comfort of their homes. Our services can be centred to service users who may require short term and
long term personal physical and domestic support.
We aim to ensure that the care plans set out for our service users are individually centred to suit the requirements brought forward
by our service users. The services we provide to our service users are based around the person centred approach which focusses on the
need to allow service users and their families to remain at the centre of care plan development and the delivery of services.
Our home-care services are targeted at the elderly and individuals with physical and mental disabilities . The services offer personal care, night sleep in care, waking night
live in care, assistance with hospital discharge, respite care, day companionships and palliative care.
We rely on hard work of our carers to provide quality service this is why we ensure that all or existing prospective carers receive training. this is to ensure that all our staff meet the expected regulatory
requirements set by the Care Quality Commission as well as to ensure tat our carers obtain the necessary knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
